This is a blend of boxing and strength training. First half of the class, you will glove up and TRAIN LIKE A FIGHTER, second half over to the mats for powerful and controlled sets with weights to build strength and power.

The Body Club Method is a holistic approach to fitness that blends strength training, functional movement, and mindful conditioning to help you build a strong, lean, and balanced body. Focused on long-term sustainability rather than quick fixes, the method prioritises form, posture, and progression—empowering you to feel confident, energised, and connected to your body inside and out.
